October 2024. Allianz Indonesia hosted the AZAP Summit 2024 at the Intercontinental Bali Resort Jimbaran — one of the most prestigious 5-star resorts in Bali overlooking the Indian Ocean. Summit participants are Allianz regional agents and leaders from Asia — accustomed to international class events.
Our mission: the closing gala dinner should be remembered by guests who have 'seen it all' at Asian conventions. 100 drones, the Jimbaran sky, and a brief from KM Communication that we already trust: 'make it unforgettable'.
Integration with Live Performance
What makes this show different: the drones don't appear alone. They synchronize with live music from bands performing at the venue, backup dancers, and multimedia content on the resort's big screens. It's a multimedia show — the drone is one layer in a multi-layered experience.
The timing was very precise: when the band played the final bridge of the closing song, 100 drones took off from the area outside the resort and began forming formations. When the chorus climaxes, the Allianz logo is perfectly formed in the Jimbaran sky. The precise timing between music, dancers, and drones is the result of 3 days of rehearsal and synchronization.
When International Guests Are Surprised
The majority of guests from outside Indonesia have never seen a drone show in a gala dinner setting. Their reactions — getting up from their chairs, pointing cameras, some approaching our team after the show to ask 'how did this happen?' — is confirmation that Indonesia, through iDRONE, can deliver world-class entertainment.
For corporate clients who often organize international events, the iDRONE drone show is a way to say: 'events in Indonesia are no less than events anywhere in the world.' That is a powerful statement, and we are proud to be able to make it happen.
