Terms of Service

1. Services

iDrone provides professional drone light show services including creative design, animation programming, permit management, logistics, rehearsal, and live execution. All shows are custom-built to the client's brief.

2. Quotation & Booking

All quotations are valid for 14 calendar days from issuance. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of signed agreement and the agreed deposit payment (typically 50% of total contract value).

3. Timeline Requirements

Minimum lead time from confirmation to show date: 3 weeks for shows up to 300 drones; 6–8 weeks for shows of 1,000+ drones. iDrone cannot guarantee quality execution for bookings that do not meet these minimum timelines.

4. Permit Responsibilities

iDrone is responsible for NOTAM, ATC clearance, and operational flight permits. The client is responsible for event permits (crowd permits), venue permits, and road closure permits where required.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedule as agreed in the project contract. Typical structure: 50% deposit on signing, 50% balance due 7 days before show date. All payments are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 30+ days before show: deposit refunded minus direct costs incurred.
• Cancellation 14–29 days before show: 50% of total contract value charged.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before show: 100% of total contract value charged.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

iDrone will not execute shows in wind conditions exceeding Beaufort Level 5 (approximately 8–10 m/s) or during active thunderstorms. In the event of weather cancellation, iDrone will work with the client to reschedule. Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, etc.) release both parties from performance obligations for the affected date.

8. Liability

iDrone carries third-party liability insurance for all shows. iDrone's liability is limited to direct damages arising from iDrone's gross negligence, capped at the total contract value. iDrone is not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

9. Intellectual Property

Custom animation designs created by iDrone for a project are owned by the client upon full payment. iDrone retains the right to use show footage and photos for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in Jakarta.
