  • Contact form submissions: name, email address, phone number, company name, event details.
  • WhatsApp inquiries: name, phone number, message content.
  • Analytics data: IP address (anonymized), browser type, pages visited, session duration, referring URL — collected via Google Analytics 4.
  • Inquiry attribution: UTM campaign parameters, landing page, and Google Ads click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid) when available. This data is attached only when you submit the contact form.
  • Cookie preferences: your accept/dismiss choice is stored as a browser cookie.

3. Purposes of Processing

We process your personal data to:

  • Sanity.io — our CMS provider. Content management data only.
  • Vercel Inc. — our hosting provider. Server log data only.

6. Data Retention

Contact inquiry data: retained for 3 years from last contact. Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default). Cookie preferences: 1 year.

Under Indonesia's UU PDP No. 27/2022, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data held by us.
  • Correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).

  • idrone_lead_attribution — session storage that retains campaign parameters while the tab/session is active and submits them with the contact form.

Our services are directed to business clients. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age.
